Our Goal for Youth
We want our youth to be performance driven when it comes to how they can impact community. In order to do this we help young people see the world in a different light and began to address mindset when it comes to how they are able to support their community.
Group Economics is not just a mindset, in the underprivileged community it is a state of being for survival. Our goal is to teach the youth how to set up maintain and support not just their business but other disadvantaged businesses within their community. This is the definition of Group Economics.
- Businesses: The community must be willing to help the underprivileged learn about business and entrepreneurship in their communities.
- Hiring from Group: Business owners must hire from their own local community and develop talent. Part of the effect of Group Economics is improving the disadvantaged community.
- Consumer Loyalty: The community of disadvantaged consumers must be committed to patronizing businesses in their community. Consumers must also be willing to respectfully hold disadvantaged businesses accountable to maintain high standards of products and services. In the end, this will become a win-win situation for the business owner and the community.
- Using Technology In Business: Technology was supposed to even the playing field for disadvantaged businesses. However, many businesses don’t use technology to its full capacity. We need technology companies to help underprivileged business owners embrace the use and leverage of technology to the fullest extent.
