At this time we have nine board members who are devoted to improving the economic development and group economics within the minority community.

We provide several ways to assist youth in learning how to get a wealth of information about financial literacy, business development, leadership and much more. However, we have changed how we teach this information to keep the youth from being bored. By taking the old antiquated way of learn out of the picture, our youth are responsive and engaged.

Our teaching methods are not like most. We prefer the hands-on approach. For example, we believe that it is important for youth to see role models who look like them encouraging change. Therefore, we look for minority professionals who are connected to the community to come in and teach our youth for them to look up to in the future.

Our methods are not traditional at all. Through games, song, history, art, science, technology, mathematics, engineering and any other avenue, we capture and maintain the attention of our youth allowing them to learn in a free form environment where they are able to engage while learning the information being taught.
