We believe this initiative has the potential to set many individuals on a path to financial freedom. Our goal is to equip each potential resident with a solid understanding of financial literacy and the opportunities that homeownership can unlock. A significant challenge faced by minorities, particularly African Americans, is not only acquiring homes but also maintaining them and planning for the future. We are confident that we can help address this issue.

All the information that most people especially African Americans, to help get ahead financially is in these workshops. It will be an opportunity for education, open discussion, and financial awareness that most people don’t get. We have three goals.

Goal #1: Ensure the success of the underprivileged community by helping people acquire homes and maintaining them as a family legacy.

Goal #2: Provide workshop participants with the knowledge and skills to become financially aware, promoting security and confidence in their financial transactions.

Goal #3: Encourage course participants to comfortably discuss financial matters with their children and family members positively and constructively.

It is a known fact that when a person isn’t financially savvy or educated, even if they can own a home, within 5 – 10 years they lose it because they didn’t have the money to maintain healthy habits.
