Develop And Maintain Business

Fostering a growth mindset is crucial for the growth and success of adolescents. Those who perceive their abilities as malleable through effort and perseverance often outperform their peers who view abilities as fixed traits. Cultivating a growth mindset entails shifting the focus from innate talents to appreciating the importance of diligence and resilience. By praising effort rather than inherent abilities, we can reinforce this shift in perspective.

Mastering entrepreneurial skills isn’t an overnight feat. It demands discipline, the right mindset, and above all, unwavering perseverance. That’s why, as of March 2021, only 20% of startups managed to surpass the one-year milestone. However, embarking on entrepreneurship during one’s teenage years can yield numerous advantages.

        1. Stimulating creativity and fostering innovative thinking.
        2. Cultivating a culture of out-of-the-box problem-solving and unique solution development.
        3. Providing invaluable hands-on learning opportunities.
        4. Empowering individuals to take ownership of their ventures, make independent decisions, and confront real-world challenges.
        5. Teaching the value of hard work, persistence, and effectively balancing entrepreneurial endeavors with academic commitments.
        6. Enhancing understanding of money management, financial planning, and the significance of saving and investing.
        7. Cultivating a resilient mindset that enables individuals to surmount obstacles, adapt to change, and continually pursue personal and professional growth.

Once we have educated our youth on business development we will then give them the experience of starting a business that will help them get hands-on training as to how a business works from start to finish.
