Youth learn crucial leadership skills like communication, decision-making, and teamwork, alongside opportunities for personal growth and self-awareness. It will facilitate mentorship, community engagement, and networking to broaden participants’ horizons and connect them with supportive role models and peers. Incorporating experiential learning, public speaking training, and cultural competence development.
